Sean Murphy grew up in Maryland before attending the University of Tampa where he majored in Entrepreneurship. Sean, wife Leanne, and 2 girls love the ever changing city of Tampa where they take part of all the attractions and outdoor activities the city has to offer.
Sean has always wanted to build and create. His position as Principal and CEO of a private investment firm gives him the opportunity to build, grow, and start multiple companies.

“As a UT grad and Tampa resident raising my family here I am very excited to build our flagship Paddock1 in Tampa. It is an honor to be a part of the redevelopment and growth of the Downtown Tampa, Ybor, and surrounding areas.”
